What are some of the names you call your pets? Is there a reason why you call him/her that name? I think it's actually a pretty funny thing to think of!

ok here we go! I call Dakota "Dakota Boda", "Boda", "Sheltie Boy", "Bob Barker"....I know there are others but those are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head!
Boy, this subject was made for me to respond to, as I am notorious for rarely calling my 3 by their given names. Somehow, "Chaps" has evolved into Chapsie, Chippie, Chipster, Cha-Cha and even Chi-Chi...."Mike" has become Baby Mike, Mika and even Mik-Mik (pronounced meek-meek!) and Jenny being fairly new has only been called Jen-Jen so far. Funny thing is they all respond to all of their nicknames. I have to snicker when I hear my husband using these names too! LOL
I have about a million names, too. Here are a few: Baby Pip
Pippy,Mr. Pip Pip and Mr. Pop Pop. Silly humans!
Your pal, Pip
Aw, I love all of those nicknames! Isn't it funny the things we come up with? And you know the voice you use when you are saying them, haha! And it is funny to hear a man say them. Nick is the one who calls Macho "Pooper" and we don't know where that came from either!
We call our dogs other names when we don't want them to know we're talking about them! Like "Look at little dog watching TV"

I get "Oskar-bedoskar", "nubbin butt" and "NO" as my nicknames!
Nubbin wiggles,
Oskar
We have too many nicknames to list; most of them are embarrassing & never uttered outside of the home. We particularly enjoyed Macho's nickname of Pooper :)!!
I have loads of nicknames too, "Pappa", "Bear", "Pappa Doo","Chocolate Pudding","Pudding Pie", "Pappa Bear", "Cappa" and that's just a few. I love Machos'nicknames, especially Pooper and Poochie Pie.
Lotsa Licks
